Our brand new 2019 21ft Willie Boat Classic for the Kenai River, is just that. With one of the only guide boats on the river with heated seats, we make sure those cold Alaskan mornings are as enjoyable as the fishing!
Kenai River Power Boat
Our 21 foot Willie Classic powerboat is unlike any other Kenai River boat in Alaska. Not only does our boat smoothly allow us to run up and down the river efficiently and quick, but also provides ample room and comfort for our fishing guest. In addition to heated seats, our walk-thru design provides ample room for landing that Kenai River King salmon, fly fishing for rainbow trout and casting at those Silver salmon. Finally, we’ve taken the years of experience on the water to develop our Kenai River vessel in providing the best Alaska fishing trip, for our guest.
Kasilof River Drift Boat
Kenai Drift Anglers has also added to our Alaska fishing fleet, our brand new 2020 Willies Drift Boat for our Kasilof River King salmon, Sockeye Salmon and Silver Salmon trips. From bow to stern, this drift boat is tailored for our guest comfort in landing those Kasilof King Salmon. We’ve added some special features for our guest, special Willie memory foam seats, Scotty Orca rod holders, under seat storage, propane bow heater and even a bow pizza oven tray! Furthermore, you will especially enjoy fishing out of our state-of-the-art Willies Drift boat for the Kasilof River.

It's not uncommon for us to carry 10-20 fishing rods for our guest. With a variety of fishing techniques that are required to be successful, Kenai Drift Anglers comes prepared. Our conventional gear fleet is strictly hand-crafted Lamiglas rods for Kenai River & Kasilof River Sockeye, King, Coho, Pink Salmon & Rainbow Trout. For our Fly Fishing Charters we use high-end Streem 7-9 weight fly rods for Sockeye, Coho, Pink Salmon & Rainbow Trout.
Fishing Reels
Heavy hitting Salmon and Trout demand quality & dependable fishing reels. Kenai Drift Anglers supplies our guest with high-end Shimano Tekoto 500 Salmon reels . For our Spin-fishing charters we use the finest Shimano Stradic reels typically for Kenai & Kasilof River Coho & Kenai River Trophy Rainbows. Our Fly Fishing charters we use the CNC Machined Cold Forged 6061 Streem Reel, 7-10 weight large arbor.
Tackle Box
Kenai Drift Anglers headquarters will put your local sporting goods store to shame. Providing guided charters on the Kenai River & Kasilof River, targeting four types of Salmon & Kenai River RainbowTrout our tackle has to be diversified. For salmon we use Luhr-Jensen "Kwickfish," BeauMac Cheaters, Yakima Bait Tackle, Rapala Spinners, Raven Tackle & Hawken Floats, Gamakatsu Hooks, Maxima Fishing Line Mono, PowerPro Braid, custom painted beads and hand-tied flies.
Streem represents fly-fishing with hand crafted fly rods designed for Alaska in mind. Tested on the Kenai River by Kenai Drift Anglers on some of the strongest Salmon in the world.
